Meet our instructor!
These folks are the ones that do the heavy lifting, planning classes, pulling the supplies together, scheduling and more. Many do this around their other full-time job too. They have taken time out of their schedule to participate and interact with you, letting their education, experience and knowledge help you in the future and to just plain have fun doing it. If you are interested in becoming an instructor, please contact us. We are always looking for new classes that are fun and/or educational.

Jordan Szala has been professionally baking for 5 years, and finds the most enjoyment in baking and decorating pastries! Though she has many crafts and hobbies she enjoys, sharing her skills and knowledge with others is one of her favorite parts.
