Absolutely amazing recipe! I followed exactly and my 11 year old gobbled it up. I definitely recommend taking the extra time to make the enchilada sauce, I think that really makes this recipe a hit!

Delicious! My son and his friends and husband all devoured these. (I did cheat and use canned enchilada sauce.) Prepping the chicken must’ve been the key to making these so delicious.

This is a phenomenal recipe!!! It is one of our favorites and tastes as good as any restaurant’s. I’ve made it with commercial sauce but the homemade sauce is what makes it special. You can make it as hot as you like with the adobo peppers. I prefer mine a little less spicy and it’s still very flavorful.

Best Chicken Enchiladas I have ever made no best i have ever eaten. I made extra so I could have it for lunch the next day when I came home from work, but wife already ate them.
